Jab apni life ko isolation me dekhta hu tab tension nahi hoti...par jaise hi kisi friend ya peer ke saath apni life compare karta hu tab insecurity feel hone lagti hai buri tarah. Ye comparision hi sala main jad hai unhappiness ki.
