2017 mein UR ki 4600GP+ posts thi, 1900 something. Agar is me 50% log bhi top 2000 (2018) mein hai and inko apni choice ki post mil gayi toh, say 500 log 2018 ki dv nahi denge. So, chance of rank improvemt for UR is almost 500. Kya galat hai in this logic?

- Kuch log honge jinko Abhi yaad aaya ho, mujhe AAO nahi chahiye, CSS leni is baar.

- Excise waale apna zone improvement ke liye phir se attend karenge.

- CSS wale ko laga hoga ki Ek baar DV attend karte hai, agar Excise Delhi mila toh sahi hai.

Ye idea kaisa hai: 4600 GP waalo ko CGL 2 saal ke liye nahi dene mile. 4200 waalo ko 1 saal.
