Hey. Isn’t it better to normalise like this- Calculate individual percentile per shift. Give equal score to students with same percentile. Let this equal score be equal to the lowest scoring shift to correct the ridiculously high cut offs which don’t make sense -_- level of the paper necessarily be similar per shift. Will this not be fairer? Kind of?
