It was written clearly in chsl 2016 notification that writing +/-10% than word limit, answer sheet will not be evaluated and i remained stuck to word limit and that caused me to write very less content. And now all that who wrote all the pages(more than 340 words in essay and more than 200 in letter)have passed the exam even with more marks than one who followed the limit. Even in cgl 2016 many hindi medium students have been given very less marks. Scoring high marks in written exam is all luck based when it is all up to the examiner's mood, makes this exam luck based. Those all who are fighting for normalisation should also consider this point as it contains 100 marks. Written exam is flawed concept.like if u r agree and share your views.
What is ulterior motive of UPSC behind taking extremely thorough and careful written mains exam?
