I see on daily basis some extremely luxurious big bunglows of IPS-IAS people in Jaipur with Merc-Audi-BMW in their garage parking, so many retired people going on walk in morning with their imported dogs. Then suddenly I see slums after a few kilometers engulfed in chaos, crimes and rotten social fabric. Then I realise there is something very wrong about these services that make one's skin so fat and wide that one couldn't care less about people and their misery. Some of you might not show here how inspiring this piece of writing is to write Civils exams in both senses..to be corrupt to enjoy those facilities or to be extremely honest to care and make better the living of that slum(This one rare though).

Hey friends .. I filed RTI regarding my descriptive paper on 30th .. RTI status is : REQUEST FORWARDED TO CPIO ... how many days do they take to reply ? Because i think I have to pay them 24 rs more after they reply me n then only the further procedure will be undertaken .. is there anyone who has applied RTI in this regard ? Usually how many days do they take to reply ? N after how many days will I be able to get my descriptive paper ?
