Centre change ka ye matlab nahi hai ki har gaanv gali mohalle me naye centres add ho jaenge. It's mainly for those who prepared in Delhi Or any other city, but have gone back to their respective places and do not wish to leave the state/region right now. Plus, jo pehla change ka zone hoga, baki dono me bhi usi zone ke centres bharne hain. Aisa nahi ki pehla preference is NR and dusra CR. So zone can be changed, but other options must also be from the same zone as of 1st option.
