Govt jobs would become miniscule in the next 5 years. In future, it would be better to go for vocational courses and enrich oneself in new age skills like Artificial Intelligence etc or business whatever. Better to be ready for the market. Now one cannot afford to be a mere graduate and seek generalist jobs in the govt. We'd be lucky if we get out of this "aspirant jungle" before that happens as I'm sure 99.99% of us don't possess such skills.

How long can an RTI reply take? I filed one on 6th August and another on 7th August with CAG and since 11th August the status of both is stuck on "Forwarded to CPIO".
