UPSC toppers lie a lot..k they didn't join coaching classes or that coaching isn't needed. But..is it really possible for an amateur to clear upsc with 12 months of self preparation n online guidance? Please comment.

Which post(s) in ssc has promotional aspects of being promoted to level 9 or 10 (5400) if any at all ? Also which post other than aao does that fastest, say within 10 or 20 years ? Anybody knows ?

From now onwards, which SSC CGL posts will give the fastest promotion to Level 10 (5400 grade pay, pay band 3) and then to Level 11 (6600 grade pay, pay band 3)? How much time will it take for a 30 year old joinee?
