Today's enlightenment is "solar eclipse" Before discussing it, it is imperative for us to know role of sun in our life...sun is tremendous source of energy to us ....it's sooo much bright and tremendous heat producer ...we have access to its energy in 3 ways 1) We see anything NATURALLY only because of sun...sun rays falls on it and then gets reflected to our eyes and we see it ... 2) We use its heat energy...greenhouse effect happens when we are inside our house and we feel its heat 3) during sunrise n sunset, Ashtang Yog tells us to look at sun for dharna purpose (step 6 of yoga) for 3 to 5 minutes...during that time our eyes can tolerate it's brightness and we can do TRATAK of sun to know about it as discussed in my previous posts. Doing 5 minutes of tratak is actually equivalent to 3 time food of the day ...still only 0.001% of people in the world does so because of their lifestyle Human is provided with teeths just because of our thousands of year lifestyle of eating food otherwise sun is enough for us ... Ever wondered why some person eating so much are still skinny and one eating very little still gain so much weight????it's not only because of food...it's because of intake of sun too along with food... Those person who spend most of the time inside their house and in tube light ( artificial source of light) gets sunlight only in the form of greenhouse effect and are more prone to gain weight Energy kept as a reservoir in our KUNDALINI is the mixture of sun,food and external energy( like waves produced by something out of body be it cooler or fan or noise of any kind or any out of earth waves)...ratio of sun food and external energy is 100:5:3...now u get to know how important is sun for you???? Now during eclipse, sun is hidden behind moon and moon's aura appears sooooo much bright ... So no point of doing tratak of it as it might demage our eyes ... Sun is never completely blocked...so ratio of 100:5:3 is reduced from sun side...however due to GREENHOUSE EFFECT our house has stored some energy of sun because material of our house acts like capacitor ... HENCE WE CAN EAT FOOD OR GO TO TOILET INSIDE OUR HOUSE during solar eclipse...only to the extent of our house capacitor's capacity.... We should hide our God's idol during eclipse ...in my previous posts I discussed about how to pray Infront of idols and science behind it....so I have proven there that idols are source of lot of positive energy...when moon blocks sun energy a sort of negative energy is flowing outside which upon falling our god's idol reduces the RESULTANT POSITIVE ENERGY...
