Today's enlightenment is "zero state of mind" Almost 99.99% people of the world have a misunderstanding that it's not possible and it's dangerous to live with it as things might not pop up when required due to zero state Zero state of mind occurs in dharna stage of yog and it creates base for dhyan where focus kept at any object is solely a thought in the brain and that too for a long time ... That "thought" must not be kalpanic in visualisation otherwise new thought would pop up breaking your focus on earlier thought...that focussed thought must be tricked to brain to happening in reality and u see illusionary image of that sort of thing in your subconscious brain at that time ...AND WHAT FOLLOWS IS THINGS HAPPENING IN REALITY...that's the POWER OF ZERO STATE Zero state cannot be reached to Nirvana...even my Mahadev has not reached Nirvana in it...it's a level wise game with infinite levels of enlightenment...as follows--- 1) level 1- observing your breath successfully 2) level 2- ending any fidgeting activity performed by body part 3) level 3- controlling your thoughts 4) level 4- ending blinking of eyes...with each blink u actually reset the visualisation 5) level 5- strengthening the power of visualisation 6) level 6- segregating the energy of body from external energy and combining the same 7) level 7- practice of Pratyahara at will 8) level 8- understanding the junction between conscious and subconscious seeing from eyes 9) level 9- seeing significant aura over any object 10) level10- seeing through opaque things...happens only after level 9 11) level 11- development of first psychic power - telekinesis .... And many further levels of development of endless psychic powers ...even Ur newly created psychic power not being used earlier can be developed....JUST your visualisation must be strong At some X level u might make things happen in reality with a mere thought...at some Y level u might create a living object with your thought...at some Z level you might travel faster than light ...anything u can think can be made possible by your beautiful BRAIN Abstain from useless thoughts... Ashtang Yog is all about these teachings and everyone indirectly practices it ...cricketer requires zero state for hand eye movement ....actors require zero state for emotions compatibility setting with scene...students require zero state for answering questions in a bound time limit
In reply to my friend @pk2018 's reply, I would like to enlighten with " Danger in Ashtang Yoga" Ashtang Yoga is beautiful and if done from first step "Yam" will never be harmful be it any situation...however u will be challenged at many times...there are 2 types of curious students of Ashtang Yog 1) who get surprised by hearsay results and feel it the same way in initial time and break the niyam afterwards either due to boredom or because of not able to overcome fear of terrifying experiences 2) who practises from starting "yam" and treat everything as a challenge With attainment of any siddhi, we attract negative energies too if we turn too much positive...that negative energy tries to terrify u and test your control and sadhna...99% people succumb to it...Forexample - Pravin Baby of Bollywood and may be Sushant Singh Rajput... Emotional detachment is very important if u step in this world otherwise u will fell into negative energy's trap... First type of students I mentioned might start straight away from Dharna (step 6) unknowing of the repercussions and while performing Tratak someday they witness a terrifying image which disturb their mental balance ... And people start hearing sounds which others can't or they might see the object of their fear near them everytime...and they mess up their lives.... Patience is must in Ashtang Yog otherwise u know it now what I mean
Nepotism is never a new thing ...it's happening in every industry and since ages....if considering Bollywood...why not take the example of Shah Rukh Khan ??? He must have been subjected to nepotism too ... We have 2 options....either to end nepotism or to live the life being stronger...2nd option gives u many in return knowledge of things in life...1st option is also possible but it takes a tiry process to deal with it and lot of conviction

listening all the way from tomorrow that nepotism is this or that .....its all crab ......bc jb tk hum nhi sudhrenge kuch nhi hone vala .....but no we all're prejudicious minds born with cosmic energies assuming like if the actor is not a postor boy of some .......ing known production house then its not worth watching ......we all are responsible for the loss of such a huge talent powerhouse ....m very sad from the time i heard it ..... seems like a personal loss to me 💔🙏...RIP IDOL

Dil halka karne k liye socha thoda share kar du Akelapan lag rha hai yahan I had deep feelings for a girl till today , but she is married now. we were in relationship till last year april , as she was frm different community i had to let her go, to make her forget i started talking to a girl who was my batchmate during engineering , with time i liked talking to her, till late night we were texting each other , and i enjoyed her companion , and it helped me filling my loneliness , , but frm some time she stopped talking to me and started ignoring me dont know why , she is also preparing for govn exams frm last 5 years but unable to fetch a job , now again i started feeling loneliness , missing my mom dad , as i am posted far frm my home.......,, Engineering wale dost hai ek do jo phone karke man behlate hai warna jab se job pe aya zindagi bakwas lag rhi hai, ek toh job bhi bekar , socha cgl me ho jaega yahan se niklunga but wo bhi atka pada hai
