Our brain is fighting war 24*7...we need to renew and revive it...meditation is the way ...but how to meditate our brain???play games (like sudoku , difference finding between 2 pictures) , focus on one point for 10 minutes without distraction, breathe in and imagine filling your head with a breath hold and then breath out slowly...continue for 5 minutes daily, spend some time in darkness without any artificial object like tube light,fan,AC etc switched on because they emit unwanted waves which interfere with your brain...do it for 5 min daily... Results of this will be astonishing and you will thank me later ... Welcome in advance

Ever imagined why people attending kirtan feel tremendous pleasure (more than sexual energy) ??? It's because of their awakened heart chakkra and throat chakkra...
