Let me enlighten you guys regarding meditation... Once a friend (@CGLE2019) asked me here on how to meditate ???does it mean closing eyes and sitting in required posture????certainly not I would love to explain this with a real example related to this platform.... Mr @biharquert1 keep on posting about uppercaste system and I see people like @MrRasputin , @Aazadi . passing judgement on that ...and what follows??? All 3 become so much engross in it.....even during eating food, they keep on thinking what to type next ??? By giving that example I meant let the things happen as it is ...without passing judgement ...and that's called MEDITATION If we become busy passing judgement on anything which comes our way, we will create resistance. Whatever you will order your brain through your soul, brain will be already engrossed in irrelevant judgement and u will experience passing of unlimited thoughts when u close Ur eyes... Just let it pass, don't suppress it. Stop doing multitasking if u want to meditate. When eating,just pay attention to the food u eat. With each inhaled breathe , feel the food being chewed through Ur sense one by one(Ex- with first bite while breathing , feel the chewed food with taste....and the other bite with touch ...and other bite with imagination of its flow...and other bite with sound it makes...other bite with smell ....and so on....this is the way to meditate while eating ... This how just test your senses one by one while doing anything ...and u r actually meditating Passing judgement is humanmade not nature made...stop doing that
😒 I feel sad looking at the posts here...not because of my judgement of right or wrong that abusing someone is wrong or mocking someone is wrong .....I feel sad to see the illusion people are trapped into and are so much engrossed in it...and it's the reality of not only here...but everywhere... People are worrying about UFM and passing judgement on that...just ask from yourself...does your judgement change the course of action which will be carried out by SSC ??? Do u think tweeting it right now and trending it will change the course of action?????
