As per instruction any personal detail real or imaginary (other than provided in question paper) 1) there was no address provided in receiver address and a formal letter without address is nothing. 2) New Delhi was provided in sender address ...........so merely writing New Delhi again would not disclose any identity 3) most important of all writing 123 xyz new delhi 99xxxxx will not disclose any identity or have an impact on examiner. This is just bullshit. 4)Notification is considered the soul of any examination.
