celestial bodies also includes asteroids (option 2 ) which don't shine. Infact one option was asteroid itself, which was wrong.

A doubt in my mind. If tier 2 and tier 3 is on same day than definitely ssc will not qualify 1.5 lakh aspirants as earlier. And this my raise the cutoff!!
