If, according to an RTI to SSC(HQ), the papers of Tier 1 and Tier 2 are set by the vendor (now it is TCS, previously it was Sify), then surely the paper of Tier 3 is set by TCS and is also checked by them. And this is the reason why question patterns and the descriptive paper checking system have changed. Isn't it?

Yaar ye SSC chhoti chhoti basic cheezon mein bhi unfairness Karti ki hadd hai. Matlab baki shifts mein 1.2 lac to 1.3 lac schedule kiye and last two shifts mein close close to 80k only. Matlab khud ka formula banaya khud hi pata hai ki number of testtakers se affect hota normalisation still they fking over people

Maine bola tha 3rd March shift 1 tatti hai, aur ye v bola tha 4th March,5th March, 6th March shift 1 and 7th March 2nd shift were tough.
