Logically speaking, do you guys think that anything written in Receiver's address in case of CGL can be considered UFM ? UFM toh candidate ka personal info reveal karne se hota hai. How can a candidate reveal their personal info in Receiver address ? CHSL me informal letter tha and I guess many people wrote House no-123 or something in sender's address which led to DQ.

Guys, read the comments on the RBE video about CHSL marks. A lot of people who have got UFM-Address have written 'Examination Hall' in sender's address. Infact, 95 percent yehi dekha. Maybe that is what they are considering UFM because address was given ?
