@Trollbhai I iz respect you. Salute 🙌
sad to see people donating money for normalization,while tougher issues plague the ssc exam system.One of them is the problem of altered responses,which many of us faced.Regarding normalisation,perception of a paper being hard doesnt add up in reality.This will be felt by people like me who appeared in rrb ntpc 19th jan 3rd shift,which was the toughest of all the 9 shifts.yet most of us got only 4-5 marks increment,in my case it was not even 5,a little less than that,from my raw score.but the real disheartening part of the above story is that no shift got marks lesser than their raw score ,as normalization warriors are believing would happen :D atleast in the rrb ntpc process of normalization,none got marks lesser than what they scored originally.this is not absurd or bizzare in any way,because we have to understand this,every shift has high scorers,and the statistical formulae fails to do complete justice as per our perceptions,for this reason.Had i appeared on 8th august 1st shift in cgl,instead of my 17th aug 2nd shift slot,I know i would have scored near 180,because 18 of the 20 gks were known to me! This is my perception,but normalization follows statistics,and statistics do not follow perception.same goes for people who apparently appear in harder shifts.actually if a harder shift has a larger number of high scorers than an easier shift ,across india,then however u may try to explain to the court about ur injustice,nothing will be accepted .anyway lets see what normalization warriors can do,but the more serious issue they are not focussing is the question of systemic errors and discrepancies in sify and ssc,like altered answer keys.NK Raghupathy recently put up a facebook post,where he mentioned that ssc should form a panel to check server logs ,for finding out whether responses have altered in reality or not,or maybe complaints from candidates about computer restarting multiple times,or such issues.but no one's bothered about these issues,i mean no one from the legal team that is.
