Just saw some posts against EWS reservation and how anybody can get it without being actually eligible for it.Β
Totally agreed with EWS being unconstitutional and needs to be banned. Just so you know, Tehsin poonawala or whatever his name is, already filed a PIL in Supreme Court against this I think immediately after it was passed in Lok Sabha.Β
Any form of reservation is cancerous for the development of a country. I don't see people having any trouble with the 27% OBC reservation. I have yet to see one single "deprived" or "victim of casteism" OBC in my life. But fine, I have grown beyond the point of being bothered by reservation by now. I do believe it is necessary, but not the way it is implemented nowadays.Β
This 10% is what is wrecking havoc on meritocracy right ?Β
The limit for creamy layer is 8 LPA. Β And "Salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status." You'll be surprised to hear that for EWS, yalong with this limit, you cannot have more than 5 acres of agricultural land, 1000 sq flat and 100 sq yard plot. This whole reservation nothing but a lollipop. We all know that. Someone who earns 7.9 LPA is equally "weak economically" as someone who's annual salary is 2.5 LPA ? Probably 95% of the Indian Citizen fall under this category, and Β those who don't can always get fake certificates. It's in no way benefitting anybody.
By no way do I feel a need for nor do I support this jumla reservation. However, I will root for it whenever those pseudo meritocrat worms crawl out of their woodworks and cry about how "this" reservation is a problem and it should be removed, i get your concern buddy. Now go back to that hole you came from and live your life like the hermaphroditic parasite you are. If you have problems with reservation, then change it and make it finance based. I have made the payment for cgl 2019 and it has deducted the sum from my account as well. But now when I checked the status it says that the payment has failed and then when I again tried to pay it says that a payment has already been initiated and you cannot pay again. I tried to abort that but it flashed the message invalid url. What can i do now? Can i pay by offline challan?
My last post was funny but there was no story. So here's it :Β
I had applied for EWS. In my state they had previously refused to issue it but after the results of Lok Sabha 2019, seeing how the opposition is catching up, (guess which state I'm talking about), they decided to go with it. Fast forward a few months, I submitted all the documents. They checked them and accepted it, then few months later, bahut sare chakkar katne k bad, they tell me that my application is rejected. On what basis ? Well, I, along with my parents live in a 525 sq foot flat. That's all the residential land we have. My father has some agricultural land of 2.5 kottahs, which if you know about land it's nothing compared to the limit of 5 acres. But they rejected my application. Because the residential plot, of which my flat is a part of, is 2100 sq feet. There are 8 flats in total, we own 1, by no way is anything more than 525 sq feet my property, but yet, my application was rejected. The officer in charge (I will not mention his name, but according to his surname he's not from so called "upper caste". I didn't even care about stuff like these before this incident), as soon as he heard my name, ( Unfortunately I'm a brahmin, yeesssss the devil right ? worse than Hitler and stalin combined, must have committed so many atrocities on my poor and helpless lower caste friends) started straight up yelling at me and my father who were present over there. Pretty much drove us out of the room by yelling. Talk about skyrim's Fus-Ro-duh.... This is not casteism right ? Only the "upper caste" can be cruel to the "lower caste". The man, was not even willing to hear our cause, the least he could do was atleast listen to what we had to say. Nope.Β
So someone here was saying his father owns much more than permissible limit of agricultural land but still got the certificate, i don't know how that is even possible. So far I've seen the rules to be pretty stringent. To the point where they'll reject someone who rightfully should get the certificate. Pretty funny story.
