how many applicants didnot attend or qualify tier 4...there are chances that the number could be big bcoz of such long delay and lack of following the dates and lack of interest...isnt it? Isnt there a possibility that it can lower the cutoffs substantially? ( to even 507-510)...Please comment those who have right information or idea
