GLOBAL WARMING
Global warming as the term itself suggests is the consistent rise in overall temperature of the planet. The green house gases such as Carbon dioxide, Methane, Nitrous oxide, e.t.c are maily responsible for global warming. These gases permit sun's rays to enter but don't let the thermal radiations escape from the earth atmosphere and make the earth hotter and hotter.
The rise in temperature disturbs the rain cycle, the ecological balance, the cycle of season etc. It adversely affects vegetation and agriculture. Thus, we have to face frequent floods, drought, stroms and hurricanes throughout the world. Recently many Indian cities like Patna, Pune etc had to face flood like situation due to unexpected rainfall. There is a danger of coastal regions drowning due to increase in sea level with the shrinking of glaciers. Many species of flora and fauna have already got extint as they can't cope up with these temperature change.
Governments all around the world have started taking this problem quite seriously. In 1992 Earth summit was held where 150 countries agreed to confront this problem. many countries including India have signed an agreement called Kyoto protocol where they have promised to reduce its carbon emmision intensity.
Agreement and treaties signed at international level will not help reduce the Global warming. The Local governments should work against the emissions of the greenhouse gases by moderning the vehicles, creating awareness among the people, selling environment-friendly appliances, promating afforestation, encouraging recycling of paper,metal and glass etc. such effort are needed by the people at grass-root level. Only then we can combat this problem in an effective way.

489.75 marks hai cgl 18 me Rank 6800 kch hai And obc rank 1786 2800/2400 north mil skta hai?? If i score around 60 score will be 550 around
In my DV of SSC CGL 2017, i had latest obc certificate but not of the date they had mentioned in notification. The guy who checked then wrote "Provisionally Rejected" in my profile but in the category column it was written as "obc". Please let me know will I be considered for selection or not.
