Guys, this Nikhil Gupta thing is a serious issue. A lot of people have already tracked him down, given him their details to know their rank. What they do not realize is that this is a serious cyber crime. If Nikhil Gupta knows your Roll No, Registration No, DOB, Address, Parent's names etc, can you imagine how much you are compromised ? Here is a list of things that can happen -
1. You could go to attend your Tier 3 exam and see that someone has ALREADY attempted the exam under your roll number. If they have all the details, ek fraud Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN banwa lena aise logo ke liye koi badi baat nahi hai. You are seriously jeopardizing your own chances of even appearing in Tier 3, Tier 4 and getting your dream job.
2. If some completely random person knows your address, your parent's names, your contact details, can you imagine the extent to which your family's security has been compromised ? What if you start getting anonymous phone calls, emails, letters etc threatening you with dire consequences, like deleting or debarring your records from the SSC server so that you cannot even attend any SSC exams in the future, if you don't pay them a huge amount of money or something like that ? Don't pretend like they cannot. They have all your details.
The best course of action right now would be to STOP asking Nikhil Gupta about your marks or rank. Stop voluntarily giving a stranger all your details for them to access it and screw up your life with it. Also, this needs to be reported to SSC immediately so that they can take appropriate action. The privacy of lakhs and lakhs of candidates has been invaded and SSC need to take action against this breach.
Let's report this to SSC, with screenshots and evidence, immediately. We need to contact them ASAP with this. This is extremely urgent. To everyone who is curious to know their ranks, please concentrate on Tier 3. There is a whole 100 mark exam left, which could change the game. For now, let us all report this stranger to SSC and request them to take immediate action.
