bhaiyo ek baat btao...jese kisi ne tier 1 kisi particular category ki cut off par ki but UR ki nhi and tier 2 me uska total UR cat. ki cutt of se zyada aa gya...to wo Phir UR me mana jaega ya apni particular category me hi kyuki usne tier 1 me UR ki ni kri thi
