1. The recruitment rules in CBDT will be implemented w.e.f. 01.04.2020 after approval of competent authority i.e. DOPT. Draft of rules are ready to put up.
2. Tax assistant is promoted to Sr. tax assistant in 3 years through dept. exam and in 5 years through seniorty cum fit basis. Sr. tax assistant will be promoted to inspector after service of minimum 5 years only after qualifying dept. exam and in 10 years through seniority cum fit basis.
guys this is RTI reply regarding promotion. Will it be implemented fr the 2018 cleared candidates who join the dept.?? if not how much time will it take for a tax assistant to become Sr. TA and then ITI..?
