Maximum people are concentrated around the cutoff , that had been established by previous exams and there is no 50000 people only 17000 people are above 433. Say if 10000 people are around or below 450 range and if you are scoring anywhere around 460 to 480 you are in top 4000 people of general category. If you are scoring 480 to 500 you are around in top 2000 people. So if you score above average marks in tier 3 a post is guaranteed to those who are above 470 in UR category. Don't pay attention to people who are saying they have got 500 plus, a few have scored those marks the rest are just messing around. You don't get to score 500 plus marks and have the time to take every poll on pagalguy. So don't loose heart people. Just do your best

Cutoff kya hogi kisko konsi post milegi abhi koi kuch nhi kh skta bakchodi krne ke alawa, aur rhi baat normalisation ki, phle to vo pure mathematical rules follow krke kri gyi hai ki paper ka level mushkil us hisab se marks bda do, dusri baat ki agar kisi ko normalisation se prblm hai i.e. 11 ya maybe 12th wale, tumhari bus jal rhi hai ki 13 walon ne marks jada kase le liye, tum jalte rho cause 13th shift wale r ultimately the lucky ones in life :)

I think 2018 vacancies may be 10-15% more than 2016 because 2017 debacle, and factoring in the cchutadd normalisation process I would guess you should add 10-15 marks to every post's final cutoff and u shall have the 2018 cutoff.
