555 pe TA , agar avg 60 marks descriptive me lete hai tab 495 pe UR rank 9000 Tak hona chahiye Matlab 495-433=62 marks k range me 18000, next 62 marks k range me max 6000 hoga Matlab 557pe 3K rank, kisi bhi angle se possible lagta hai Kya, max bheed bacchon ka 433- 470 k beech me hai, so acche se preparation kro cut off wahi rahegi excise 560+-5 marks
Now that it's settled for 2018 CGL (in Tier3 there isn't much advtg to be gained and there isn't much drastic change in fortunes.) -- let's talk about CGL-17 results and its aftereffects on CGL-18.. evn if 1000-1500 candidates of 2017 get their deseried post or place then they might not pursue tier-3 and getting rid of these 1000-1500 from top ranks will definitely boost chance for others.. any1 with any update regarding 2017 results?? bcos somehow from past few weeks, there has been virtually zero talk regarding it..

WTH is wrong with the ssc website?? still no notification regarding the marks publication?? aisa toh nhi ki kisine saste nashe mein link activate kar diya ho aur ssc ko kal newspaper padh ke pata chale ki marks publish ho gaye?? 😄

These are my estimations. They can have some error but they will not vary much with actual results. These are educated estimations after analysing the 2016 marks distribution and bell curve symmetry. If you don't like it, just ignore it otherwise you can estimate cutoff marks for particular posts (not accurately but way better than random guesses made by others) and plan for tier-3 accordinlgy. Use upper limit for conservative estimation. I hope it helps.
P.S. Under 1K rank estimations can have more error (upto variation of 8-10 marks) but rest will have less error for sure (obviously in my opinion).
