Guys I have a query. After i complete my class 10th i choose to do diploma instead of class 12th. Now iam in final year of B.Tech. So basically i have a diploma and a degree (I will have it after sometime) but not 12th passing certificate. I am preparing for SSC CGL and UPSC. So please clear my doubt whether i am applicable for SSC CGL and UPSC or not. I mean do SSC/UPSC will throw me out during my document verification because i dont have a 12th passing certificate.
