Let's talk about in the context of exams. I've seen people(especially those in their early 30's who tried other things but none work) with the attitude that "ab toh bohot late ho gaya" . It's too late now to prepare from scratch and take any exam even though they have their ultimate attempt in their hand, they refrain themselves from even attempting the exam which may turn out as a game changer.
It doesn't matter if you are giving your first attempt at an age which is fixed as the upper limit. You can still make it. Don't think that you can't compete with someone who is preparing for years. Your competition is just you. It may sound cliche but if you are able to conquer your self doubt, you can crack any exam irrespective of no. of vacancies and no. of applicants. Just prepare smartly without having any emotional baggage and give your best shot in your first and last attempt 👍

Guys This Poll Has Been Proven Right. When a shift was comparatively hard than the other two , marks of that shift were bound to increase in Normalisation. This is not a rocket science. 13th QA paper was toughest. You can solve for yourself. When in Tier 1 04 June 2 nd got +45 in Normalisation nobody said anything. So accept now.
There was supposed to happen 15-18 increment in 13 sep and 8-10 in 11 sep coz of wrong Q. One should keep it in mind. There is not much gap in normalisation in shifts. Hardest-easiest will be 10-15 at most. (My Shift was 13)
Jin logon ka raw score cutoff se kam tha and jo kal cutoff clear kar gye (13th Sep mostly) wo pata nahi kyu itne khush hoke dusre shift ke logon ka mazak uda rhe hain....Final list me toh ghanta unka naam nahi aana hai bas 30-40 marks zada hone se.!
the cutoffs for list 1 and list 2 are out of 800 and list 3 are out of 600.. please clarify
