Pretty low cutoff, I think. Everyone should be happy. 433 is actually much lower than what I expected. I expected 450+.

So, on seeing the cutoff, I have a feeling that 433+ 150 should get CSS and 433+170 should fetch MEA/ITI. Do you guys agree?
