I have seriously went through all the responses on PG and other sites and here's my take on normalisation. 11th September - Being the First Shift, gives it an inherent advantage. Secondly, Paper was almost moderate throughout with hefty calculations. [ +24] 12th September- Second shift, paper pattern was known, so advantages are less. Paper on the same lines of 11th September. [+12] 13th September- Third Shift and the most calculative of all. Still, being the last shift, it got to know the pattern atleast. [+18] ATB 👍

Fit India Movement
On 29th August 2019, which is also National Sports Day, Prime Minister Modi launched Fit India Movement. This movement will encourage people to adopt a fit and healthy lifestyle. With the proliferation of technologies, the life of the people have become better and easier but at the same time their active lifestyle has turned into sedentery lifestyle. This initiative will make them aware about benefits of active and healthy lifestyle.
It is rightly said, "Technology should improve your life, not become your life". Although technology has brought some positive impact in the life of the people yet it has some negative impacts like people have reduced their physical activities due to availability of various modes of transport like motorbike, car etc.
Earlier people used to walk to office or home but now with availability of online cab services people rarely do so. This initiative will encourage people to take up physical activites in order to stay fit and healthy. Inactive lifestyle and stressful lives often leads to diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Hence, this initiative will encourage them to fight such diseases. This movement has the potential to make people embrace indian martial art forms like Kathi Samu, Musti Yudha etc. and Indian dance forms and Indian snacks. And as a byproduct, this may help in creating some jobs.
One of the major challenges for this movement is that it might not reach the people below poverty line. These people do not have accesss to nutritious food which is essential for a fit and healthy body. Hence, government must take some steps in order to reach out these people. In 2007, a study by "Association for the study of obesity" revealed that German people were more obese than other Europeans. They immediately launched "Fat to Fit" in 2003 to promote active lifestle. Fit India movement is thus a necessary initiative for the people to encourage them for a fit and healthy lifestyle.
