Should Hindi be the National Language of India
On 14th Sept 2019, on account of Hindi Diwas, Union Minister Amit Shah suggested that Hindi should be made the national language of India in order to strengthen the unity of India. At present India does not have any national language although it has two official languages i.e. English and Hindi.
More than half of the Indian population speaks Hindi. Therefore being a majoritarian language it should be made the national language. Also, English is not native to India. Constitution of India recognises 22 regional languages as the official languages.
If we consider its negative side then imposing Hindi on non-Hindi speaking states is not a good Idea because there is half the population which falls under this category and this in turn would result in widespread protests. Also, English is an international language and therefore people who speak this language will face difficulties in getting government jobs and it will also affect the development of nation.
Non-Hindi speaking nations atleast accepted Hindi as the official language. But attempts to replace English with Hindi as sole official language will threaten the unity of India. Imposing majoritarin ideals on the others is against the fundamental rights of our constitution.

On seeing the attendance sheet, I think, as more people will be towards less attempts, the people who r expecting more will actually see a fall in their overall marks, akin to people having their marks inc in tier 1. Just a hunch. Cant prove or explain anything. Will always wish, if possible, all candidates who appeared seriously to get a job.
