Let me tell you real story of what actually happened with us -: on 11th it was neither easy nor tougher than paper of 13 or 12th. But students were in shock. Even today if you ask anyone you will hardly find anyone who attempted 75+ on 11. What all those Messiah channels in race of fastest to discuss questions first for views did, they discussed some at most 8-10 questions which were solvable in time of 30-60 seconds. These types of 8-10 questions were present in all shifts. And on basis of those 8-10 questions all fake Messiah declared papers are coming easy.

What should be the minimum marks required till tier 2 for an OBC aspirant to fetch a 4600 job.
I have been feeling very low lately, have been posted to chennai through 2016 cgl gave 2018 cgl now and scored 175 in pre and did 80 in maths and English everyone has done good. Can i get out of here? I want posting in delhi. Preparing alongside job is very hard and i don't have it in me to prepare one more year for cgl 2019. What can i do next?

1) It says that the transport allowance is 1350 + DA. Suppose my basic is level 2 i.e. 19900. So will I get TA = 1350/- only or 1350+.12*19900 ?
2) What does the index column in the pay matrix denote ? Does the salary increase from index 1 to 2 to 3 every year ?
3) How much is the current DA ? Some articles claim it's 12%, some say it's 14.6 some say it's 17% from July
4) What is the current HRA ?
