I'm worried that all list 1 candidates will be in the same shift and due to normalization that shift may be considered easy shift as the average marks will definitely be higher. I hope SSC realises this and randomises shift allocation

 plz clarify .., will all the list 1 candidates get the same shift  seperately for mains including paper 1 and 2 ? if so will it be on last day? what happened last year?

100 percent level playing field cant be provided in any of competitive exams..an advatage for one may be loss to other..its bad for border candidates but believe me it may be ur first, 2nd or 3rd attempt but these bodies are conducting these exams for  years .. thats why ssc was so avers to the idea of normalisation

One more thing ssc can do is to take max marks of candiates in a shift and adjust others scores to same subject to max of 200 for ex if 240 is highest normalized in my shift and i get 150 my will be (150/240)*200 so 125 and the topper will be (240/240)*200 so 200. This way diff is brought from 90 to 75. Justice to all....
