Regarding Tier 2... most probably it should be post poned. Source.... Common sense koi bhi exam itna short notice mein nhi hota except for few like rbi n all. Aur ssc ka previous exp to pata hain hi jo pehle diya. Sept end tak lekin ho jayega exam max.
