I have a strong feeling that either the result will be declared before 20th or directly after 2 months more. There is no in between unless a huge protest against the careless attitude of SSC is staged. REASON - it's normal to take 10-15 days to prepare the write up and other formalities after the process. It's acceptable. 2nd scenario where SSC might take 2 more months is when there are orders from above not to declare the results to delay the recruitment process. Our economy is in tatters and Govt wouldn't want to pay 8000 to 10000 more workforce. It's already pushing for VRS in govt sectors. God forbid if economy takes any major hit , results might get delayed even further. So just relax and pray that results get published before 20th of August. Regarding committee report it has not time foundation though court gave 3 months time from the date of its first meeting I.e till 17 november plus additional 15 days I.e 1st December. So the point of SSC waiting for committee report is completely irrelevant. It's all in their hands what to do and when to do.
