mere graduation ka result 1st august ko aa gaya tha.mere final year k marksheet me bhi date 1st august hai.Lekin jab mujhe finally graduation certificate mili usme date mention ki hui hai 1st november .kya ab mai ssc cgl 2018 k liye eligible hoon? please help
