Guys maths is bit easier on 10 and 11th as compared to other shift...but gk was very tough and irrelevant for both these shifts.Many have attempted more questions because they got few more minutes because of bit easy math and they have guessed a lot in Gk.So normalisation will not change the scenario much.

Toughness of gk varies even among good students. Depends on facts read. But maths level remains same for all good students. Maths for 4-7 was tough avg attempt 15. From 10 onwards it's 20+. Same for reasoning as well. There is a difference of 12-15 attempts between 4-7 n other bcoz of this.

Seeing CPO Normalisation cases- Marks increases for all shifts. But no. of increased marks depends on difficultly level of shifts ranging 5-25 marks average increase ( in CPO case). Marks increased is kind of proportional to your raw score means more the raw score more would the increase in marks. Eg. In a particular shift if candidate A scores 140 raw score and if increase is of 10 marks then there will be a increase of around 15 marks for candidate B who have 160 raw score.
