- Auto cancellation of exam if leak of any nature occurs , no dependance on authorities to act in such cases , FIR by police / exam superintendents is suffice
- Reduce number of tiers of exam
- Introduce certification courses to check descriptive writing standards
- Corrigendum to advertisements should be made unlawful , Advts should be treated as Gazette by Govt
