Obc candidate 415.5+ in 2016=7630, in 2017=7500 Obc candidates 496.5+(considering avg 65+ in tier3) in 2016= around 4400, in 2017(write up)= 4364 I guess obc cutoff for post will not change much!! What do you think puys??
