In cgl 2016 nu of candidate selcted after tier 2 are same as tier 3 in cgl 2017 and vacancies are less ... if vacancies are not gonna increase then why they  called so many candidates for dv

Serious question. Mazak nehi kar raha hu. Real kar raha hu.

Is it possible to get 40 in ga and if yes then how ? Looking at the cut off trend it's pretty conspicuous that everybody is excelling in quant gi eng. The only way to get an edge is to be very good in ga but i have no idea how. I am unable to score over 25 and that too if I'm lucky. Please help.
