Analysis for ST people
According to Tier-3 Result writeup 116 candidates have more than 496.5 marks(List 3 UR cutoff) and 165 have more than 488.25 (List 4 UR cutoff).
In 2016 final result rank 116 had 483.75 and rank 165 had 477.25.
It seems 2017 final post wise cutoffs for interview posts will be around 10-15 marks more than 2016 (keeping in mind the change in vacancies). So, keep your expectations accordingly.
P.S. - I downloaded official 2016 result pdf, converted into excel file and sorted according to categories and then final marks to get tha rank.
