Hii all !! Very very urgent post for all of us.... As we all know we witnessed both exulting as well as gloomy moments on the same day i.e. on 09.05.2019 when in the morning, 10 months old stay on our case was lifted and by the evening, cgl vacancies were reduced by the Deptts due to administrative reasons (direct effect of delay of exam process because of court case on which we had no control). But I have seen most of you getting indulged in trivial stuff like “Tier 3 marks kab aayenge”, “CPT DEST kab hoga”, “Cutoff kitni jaayegi” etc. Suppose if today SSC releases Tier 3 marks, will it make any difference in your job selection? A Big NOOOOO!!!!!!Why? Because these Tier 3 papers were checked long back in the last year itself and then itself your tier 3 marks were decided which can’t change now. But if the same efforts you put in making sure we pressurize govt. (Dopt minister) to increase our vacancies, we all might end up in our desired posts at our desired locations. Many aspirants will be having following queries which I will answer now itself: Q1. Why will Govt. come under our pressure? Ans. a) Still two phases of elections are left so we go in numbers to Dopt minister, he will have to listen to us. b) Our news of lifting of stay and how we all had to suffer for one year because of court case were published on front pages of newspapers on 10th May so we have public’s sympathies now. Q2. I need Excise North/CSS/MEA, so why shall I even bother of vacancies as I am already past last year cutoff of my desired post? Ans. Apply your common sense. The person who was supposed to get ITI North but now might not get due to reduction in vacancies will obviously occupy your desired place leaving you deprived of what you deserved. Q3. I am going to appear in cgl 2018, why shall I care about all this sh**? Ans. With the increasing competition (I don’t doubt anyone’s capability) and increasing cutoffs, getting a decent job is becoming difficult year by year. So I suggest we all make sure our hard work is paid off duly this year itself. Q3. After understanding the graveness of the situation, now all of you will be like => “What shall we do then”? Ans. I talked to the Admins. They are saying we need to go to Dopt minister atleast around 300 in number so that our grievance is actually heard and Dopt minister can then direct Deptts to send the requisitions again to the SSC with more vacancies. But we need to do it asap as SSC is in superfast mode and also once Tier 1 of cgl 2018 commences, no one will be interested in cgl 2017. Till then we can atleast plan some twitter campaign. What say?
