Just like SSC results after tier 1, all other reports have been prevented to be made public. What could be the reason to avoid public scrutiny? If it was policy why didn't make tier 1 results private too

I think this is the link usually marks are given http://ssconline.nic.in/sscmarksmodule but now the link is down. May be they are uploading result. I am just guessing. Donno anything for sure
