guys im see many people panicing on higher cut offs. But if you observe logically till tier 2 the cut offs decreased no matter how small but definitely decreased when compared to previous year. So obviously all of us got higher tier 3 marks when compared to last year. Dont panic lets wait for declaration of tier 3 marks then we will get an idea of whole scenario....

Regarding whether t4 will be held before cgl 18 t1, here is a conjecture. Since 35k students are called for desr and cpt they would need computer labs. this cant be booked within 25 days given others exams are also lined up from before. So expect t4 only after cgl 18 t1.
