Go to ssc website. In that top left corner there is link for SSC OLD WEBSITE. In that check your Tier 2 results. Your name and Roll No. will be there if you wrote Tier 3.
If using mobile phone, in Settings choose DESKTOP SITE option. The link is visible.

iss baar higher bracket main marks kam rahenge , aur lower bracket main jyada . last year 480 pe around 1500 rank thi aur 456 around 5800 rank . so lower marks pe per mark bahut jyada log rehte hain . now eveything depends on tier 3 marks for getting a job .
