I guess first document verification should be over and only then the final result will be declared. Because, SSC has never released Tier 3/Interview marks seperately. And moreover, I don't think they will let the candidates exercise post preference after declaration of results.
Let's see what happens !

wait wait guys.. first SC has to give official notice to SSC to declare results,, then ssc will release/ conduct tier 4 after 2-3 months final reaukts will come means again 6 months is there to go for final results....
