SupremeCourt sets up a committee comprising Nandan Nilakeni, Vijay P Bhatkar & ors to devise a full proof system of conducting SSC exam.
On the aspect of re-exam, SC approves March 9, 2018 re-exam but the stay on the results shall continue since other papers remain tainted.

That's a terrific reply from SC...at least some of the toppers from top colleges will be eliminated from the 2018 CGL by getting job in 2017. It's a good decision for 2018 and 2017 people. You can't understand now the benefit happened to 2018 guys. Anyway all the best for both of you.
#SSC exam matter fixed for Tuesday next week for a detailed hearing. During the course of the proceedings, #SupremeCourt asked the Govt if it may consider re-exam for other papers too. But SG Tushar Mehta said there's no need for it & those tainted have already been weeded out.
As per my understanding, as of now tier 2 exam of march 9 exam students is safe which also implies that their Tier 3 exam is safe.

If reexam for tier 2 is conducted for rest of the shifts it takes away the ethos of competition. since tier 2 exam last yr, everybody is preparing keeping tier 2 level as the benchmark, so ppl would be prepared for any difficulty level of exam. The same candidates appeared tier 2 last yr with a different mindset. Now everybody is preparing for the CAT level...So this is the wisdom of your supreme court...after 1 yr of hearing this is what they conclude. Now i really suspect how they got nominated to the SCI.

Government will never accept anomalies in SSC exams just before the Lok Sabha Election. The government's stand is clear. They don't want to conduct re-exams. SC has recommended the government several times to conduct re-exams but the SG has been unyielding in favour of non-cancellation. According to the government cheaters and their modus ope...... have been identified. Don't be disheartened genuine candidates. There is still 50% possibility of stay vacation in the next hearing.

Can genuine aspirants show some positivity today? This portal has been flooded with tons of 2nd chancers who spread all their shit here. And it has been going on for quite some time. I still remember when PG was used eagerly to ask doubts and spread knowledge. Stay will completely be vacated on 9april as cheaters have been weeded out. Relax and spread some good vibes.😊😊😊
1. SC considers shifts 17-21 as tainted. 2. SC considers reexam of 21 as clean 3. Other reexams will not happen only if SC is convinced that all beneficiaries are caught 4. If reexams is ordered by court , 9th mar will be kept aside by it. 9 mar reexam will only happen then if SSC decides to do it on its own will
