I am unable to use my old register no of chsl 2017 in the SSC site. The forgot password option is also not working. Do old users have to register again in the new site and apply?

koi bata sakta hai ki railway me medical test hone ke bad post allotment hota hai ya bpehle.....   please reply     mai red green colour blind hu  .    maine first preference  station master select kiya hai.  agar mai iski cutoff clear kr leta hu but medical me colour blindness ki vajah se out ho jata hu to kya mujhe kisi dusre post ke liye consider kiya jayega jisme colour vision jaroori na ho????      ya phir ekdam se out kr diya jayega??
