Even if the CGL 17 exam is not cancelled it will take more than one year because of elections and tier4 and for disclosure of results.we indians are capable of killing ourselves,what might the shantanu Kumar doing?how was he felling?does he repent for wasting time of all 17,18,19, aspirants or does he rejoice in delaying the process?
