It is Modi who is responsible to the people of India. It is because him that India is steadily rising in all the sectors including economy, infrastructure, defense, etc. Defence, foreign relations, and Infrastructure have massively improved. And one must note that advisor's duty is only to aid and advice the PMO. Only those advisors are quitting who have a history of licking Congress' foot.
