I saw the Affidavit. Mainly the govt is asking the SC not to cancel the whole exam. No vacancies increased in CGL17 till now. If you read 2nd last page, the govt has termed TIER-1 as clean and Tier-2 having some disputes. So basically they are going for no cancellation or partial cancellation(T-2) but not for whole CGL17 cancellation. A nice affidavit by the govt !! Now the stand is clear and now the SC needs to act promptly without wasting any time of the candidates who have been on the edge for the last 2 years without any progress.
